- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 3 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- 1. Preheat Your Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Prepare the Rice: Cook the rice according to package instructions until fluffy.
- 3. Cook the Meat: In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground meat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat, stir in taco seasoning and diced tomatoes, and let it simmer for about five minutes.
- 4. Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, mix the cooked rice with the meat mixture, black beans, and half of the shredded cheese until well combined.
