Ingredients
Scale
For the Filling:
- 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye beef
- 2 hoagie rolls
- 1 large sweet onion, sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (mixed colors)
- 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
For the Sauce:

Instructions
For the Filling:
- 1. Prepare your ingredients by slicing ribeye against the grain for tenderness. Slice onions and bell peppers into strips.
- 2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil and sauté onions and bell peppers until caramelized, about 8-10 minutes.
- 3. Push veggies aside and add sliced beef to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper; add Worcestershire sauce while cooking until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- 4. Once beef is cooked through, layer provolone slices over the mixture. Cover with a lid for about 2 minutes until cheese melts.
- 5. Slice hoagie rolls open (not all the way) and spoon generous portions of the beef mixture onto each roll.
- 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
