For the Base:

  • 1 cup sushi-grade tuna (cubed)
  • 1 cup short-grain rice
  • 1¼ cups water

For the Marinade:

  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

For Toppings:

  • ½ avocado (sliced)
  • ½ cucumber (thinly sliced)
  • 2 green onions (finely chopped)
  • ½ cup seaweed salad

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare Your Rice

  7. 4. Assemble Your Bowl
  8. In serving bowls, add a scoop of rice at the bottom. Top with marinated tuna, sliced avocado, cucumber, and seaweed salad.
  9. 5. Add Final Touches
  10. Sprinkle chopped green onions on top and drizzle any leftover marinade over the bowl.
  11. 6. Serve It Up
  12. Enjoy immediately for maximum freshness!
