Instructions
For the Filling:
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- 2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add lean ground beef and diced onion. Cook until the beef is browned and crumbly, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- 3. Stir in cream of mushroom soup and frozen mixed vegetables. Let simmer for about 5 minutes.
For Assembly:
- 4. Spread the beef mixture evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
