- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
Instructions
For the Crust:
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- 2. Unroll the crescent roll dough on the baking sheet, arranging it in a circle with overlapping points.
For the Filling:
- 3. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- 4. Stir in taco seasoning according to package instructions, usually adding some water and simmering until thickened.
- 5. Spoon the seasoned meat mixture into the center of the crescent dough and sprinkle shredded cheeses on top.
- To Assemble:
- 6. Fold each triangle of dough over the filling towards the center, tucking them slightly to create a ring shape.
- 7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving warm with sour cream and desired toppings.
