For the Rolls:

  • 8 oz pre-made pound cake
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream, lightly sweetened

Instructions

For the Filling:

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese with granulated sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

For the Rolls:

  1. 2. Wash and hull the fresh strawberries, then slice them thinly.
  2. 3. Take a slice of pound cake and gently flatten it to about half an inch thick.
  3. 4. Spread a layer of cheesecake filling over the pound cake slice, leaving space at the edges.

  5. 6. Roll the pound cake tightly to encase the filling and strawberries.
