  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers and onions (or your favorite vegetables)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat Your Oven:
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a round baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. 2. Cook the Pasta:
  4. Prepare spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  5. 3. Brown the Meat:
  6. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground meat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat, stir in marinara sauce, and let simmer for about five minutes.

  8. In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti with beaten eggs, half of the shredded cheese, sautéed vegetables, and half of the meat sauce mixture. Toss until well combined.
