Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat Your Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. 2. Prepare the Broccoli: Rinse the broccoli florets under cold water and pat them dry. If desired, cut them into smaller pieces for faster roasting.
  3. 3. Season the Broccoli: In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss until the florets are evenly coated.
