Instructions

  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti or linguine and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

  4. In a large skillet over medium heat, combine olive oil and butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant but not burnt.

  6. Add the shrimp to the skillet, seasoning lightly with salt and pepper. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
