- 1 box Stove Top stuffing mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup (plus more for topping)
- 1 medium onion, chopped

- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan with nonstick spray.
- 2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped onion until translucent, about 5 minutes. Allow to cool slightly.
- 3. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Stove Top stuffing mix, eggs, milk, sautéed onions, and half of the ketchup. Mix gently until just combined.
- 4. Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan or shape it into a loaf on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread remaining ketchup on top.
- 5. Bake for approximately 1 hour or until cooked through (internal temperature of at least 160°F or 70°C).
- 6. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve hot with mashed potatoes or green beans.
