- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
For the Dressing:

- While the beef is cooking, chop the iceberg lettuce into bite-sized pieces, halve the cherry tomatoes, and finely chop the onions.
- 3. Combine Ingredients:
- In a large mixing bowl, add the chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes, pickles, cheddar cheese, and onions. Toss gently to mix.
- 4. Dress It Up:
- Once the beef is cooked through (and slightly cooled), add it to the veggie mixture. Drizzle with Thousand Island dressing and toss until well-coated.
- 5. Serve It Up:
- Transfer the salad to plates or bowls. Garnish with additional pickles if desired and serve immediately.
