Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare the Salmon Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, flake the drained salmon using a fork.
  2. 2. Mix Ingredients: Add breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, eggs, and Old Bay seasoning to the bowl. Mix until just combined.

  4. 4. Heat Oil: In a skillet over medium heat, add enough oil to coat the bottom of the pan.
