Instructions
For the Brownies:
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- 2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter. Remove from heat and stir in granulated sugar until well combined.
- 3. Allow the mixture to cool slightly before adding eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
- 4. Mix in vanilla and peppermint extracts until combined.
