Instructions
For the Crust:
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed.
- 2. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of mini muffin tins or silicone molds.
For the Filling:
- 1. In another bowl, beat together softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.

- 3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
