  • 1/2 cup hot water

For the Topping:

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

For the Matcha Preparation:

  1. 1. In a small bowl, whisk together the matcha powder and hot water until smooth. Ensure there are no lumps for a silky texture.

For the Cream Mixture:

  1. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese and sugar. Use an electric mixer on medium speed to beat until smooth and creamy, about two minutes.
  2. 3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form to achieve a light and fluffy texture.

For Assembly:
