- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp milk
- Food coloring (orange or green)
Instructions
For the Donuts:
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a donut pan.
- 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- 3. In another bowl, mix the milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- 4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined; lumps are okay.
- 5. Fill each donut mold about halfway with batter.
- 6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
For the Glaze:
- 1. In a separate bowl, mix powdered sugar with milk and food coloring until smooth.
- 2. Dip each cooled donut into the glaze and let it set on parchment paper.
