For the Filling:

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts

Instructions

For the Crust:

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat.

For the Filling:

  1. 2. Wrap peeled garlic cloves in foil with a drizzle of olive oil. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until soft.
  2. 3. Sauté fresh spinach in a little olive oil for about 2 minutes until wilted. Set aside.
  3. 4. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with salt, pepper, and oregano.

For Assembly:
