- 2. Marinate Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a large Ziploc bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken to coat thoroughly. Seal or cover tightly and refrigerate for at least two hours (overnight is best).
- 3. Preheat Grill or Oven: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish if using the oven.
- 4. Cook the Chicken: Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill or in the baking dish. Grill for about 6-8 minutes per side or bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/75°C).
- 5. Baste for Extra Flavor: Brush some reserved marinade onto the chicken during cooking (make sure it hasn’t touched raw meat).
