Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill

For the Dressing:

  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish, season generously with salt and pepper, and bake for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked through and golden brown.
  2. 2. Once cooked, allow the chicken to cool for a few minutes. Shred it into bite-sized pieces using two forks.
