For the Topping:
- 1. In a medium bowl, mix together grated Parmesan cheese, Panko breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drizzle in lemon juice and combine until well mixed.
For the Salmon:
- 2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking dish by spraying it with nonstick cooking spray.
- 3. Place the salmon fillets in the prepared baking dish. Lightly season with salt and pepper to enhance their natural flavors.
