- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
For the Bites:
- 1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- 2. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
- 3. In a bowl, beat the eggs until frothy. In another bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Dip each salmon piece into the egg mixture, letting excess drip off, then coat in the panko mixture.
- 5. Place the coated salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
- 6. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until crispy and cooked through.
For the Dipping Sauce:
- 1. In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
