  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable or canola oil for frying

For the Sauce:

  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  2. Set your oven to preheat at 400°F (200°C).
  3. 2. Prepare Your Chicken:
  4. Cut each boneless chicken breast into thin strips, about one inch wide.
  5. 3. Set Up Your Breading Station:
  6. In one bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy. In another bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Place panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.

  8. Dip each strip into the flour mixture, then the egg wash, and finally coat it with panko breadcrumbs.

  10. Heat half an inch of cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, add your breaded strips in batches and fry until golden brown on both sides (about four minutes per side).
