For the Chicken:
- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
For the Pasta:
- 8 ounces spaghetti (or any long pasta)

- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste

For the Pasta:
- 1. Boil water in a large pot, add a pinch of salt, and cook the spaghetti until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
For the Chicken:
- 2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium heat, add oil and cook chicken until golden brown on both sides (about 6-7 minutes per side). Remove from skillet and set aside.
For the Sauce:
- 3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about one minute).
- 4. Add softened cream cheese and chicken broth to the pan with garlic. Stir until smooth and creamy. Mix in Italian seasoning.
