- 12 large pasta shells
- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approximately 1 lb)
- 2 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Preheat Your Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- 2. Cook the Pasta Shells: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the large pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 3. Prepare the Chicken: While the pasta is cooking, season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium heat, cook chicken for about 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Once slightly cooled, shred into bite-sized pieces.
- 4. Mix the Filling: In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, minced garlic, half of the mozzarella cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- 5. Stuff the Shells: Carefully fill each cooked shell with the cheesy chicken mixture. Arrange them in the prepared baking dish.
- 6. Add Sauce and Bake: Pour Alfredo sauce evenly over the stuffed shells. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 20 minutes. Remove foil during the last five minutes to allow cheese to bubble up.
