For the Base:
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- 3. Add the flour and mix until just combined. Fold in the chopped Butterfinger pieces.
- 4. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish, pressing it down firmly.
For the Caramel Layer:
- 1. In another bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips. Microwave in short bursts until melted and smooth.
- 2. Pour this mixture over the pressed base.
