- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
For the Chicken:
- 1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Let it rest before shredding.
For Assembly:
- 3. Shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces using two forks.
- 4. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce to your desired spice level.
