Instructions
For the Fries:
- 1. Preheat your oven according to the frozen fries package instructions (usually around 425°F / 220°C).
- 2. Spread frozen fries on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake until golden brown and crispy, about 20-25 minutes.
For the Poached Eggs:
- 1. While fries are baking, bring a pot of water to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
- 2. Crack each egg into a small bowl and gently slip them into the water one at a time.
- 3. Cook for about 3 minutes or until whites are set but yolks remain runny. Remove with a slotted spoon.
For the Gravy:
- 1. In a saucepan over medium heat, bring the gravy to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.
For the Hollandaise Sauce:
