  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

For the Rice:

  • 1 cup jasmine or basmati rice

For the Vegetables:

  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)

For the Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp Sriracha
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

For the Rice:

  1. 1. Cook rice according to package instructions (approximately 15 minutes on medium heat). Fluff with a fork when done.

For the Chicken:

  1. 2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. 3. Cook each side for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and slice into strips.

For the Sauce:

  1. 4. In a bowl, mix Sriracha, honey, and mayonnaise. Adjust ingredients to achieve desired flavor balance.

For the Vegetables:
