- 4 medium Granny Smith apples (or Honeycrisp), cored and chopped
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
For the Pastry:
- 1 package puff pastry sheets (thawed)

- Additional caramel sauce for drizzling
Instructions
For the Filling:
- 1. In a bowl, combine the chopped apples with cinnamon and drizzle with caramel sauce. Mix well to coat.
For the Pastry:
- 2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 3. Unroll the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface. Cut it into squares large enough to hold the apple mixture.
For Assembly:
- 4. Place a spoonful of the apple mixture in the center of each square. Fold the corners over and pinch them closed to seal.
- 5. Arrange the sealed pastries on the lined baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
For Serving:
- 6. Let them cool slightly after baking, then drizzle additional caramel sauce on top before serving warm.
