Instructions

For the Filling:

  1. 1. In a bowl, combine the chopped apples with cinnamon and drizzle with caramel sauce. Mix well to coat.

For the Pastry:

  1. 2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 3. Unroll the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface. Cut it into squares large enough to hold the apple mixture.

For Assembly:
